Welcome to Fair Food Overseas Limited! Our journey began in 1960 when the visionary late Mr. Takhatmal Mehani set up a rice milling plant capable of processing one metric ton of rice per hour.
Back then, paddy cultivation was uncommon in our region, but Mr. Mehani’s belief and support inspired local farmers. Over the years, we’ve cherished and passed down his wisdom, making us one of the largest rice producers in Central India.

Takhatmal Mehani, the visionary founder of Fair Food Overseas Private Limited, embarked on a remarkable journey in 1960 by establishing a pioneering rice milling plant. With an extraordinary capacity to process one metric ton of rice per hour, Mr. Mehani's vision inspired local farmers to embrace paddy cultivation in our region, transforming the agricultural landscape.

A seasoned veteran with an illustrious career spanning over five decades in the rice industry. He effortlessly navigates market fluctuations and is known in the city for his sociability. Shanker Mehani

Armed with an LLB degree and fortified by four decades of experience, he spearheads business development and procurement initiatives. He focuses on business development and procurement, having successfully managed a rice mill in Bilaspur and supplied rice to over 15 states. Mr. Shanker has a keen eye for numbers and a clear vision for the industry and the company's future.

Our commitment to quality starts with our state-of-the-art processing plant located at Fair Food Park, positioned on Jabalpur Road in Katni, Madhya Pradesh. Our plant proudly holds the esteemed ISO 22000:2018 accreditation, a testament to our unwavering dedication to maintaining the highest quality standards.
We employ cutting-edge technology to ensure that every grain of rice we supply exceeds your expectations. Our machinery is meticulously designed with food-grade materials, ensuring hygiene and freshness at every step.
With eight advanced production lines, we have an impressive total capacity of 28 metric tons per hour. This enables us to deliver on time, without compromising on the exceptional quality we are known for.
In addition to sustainable practices, we are deeply committed to empowering local communities. Infrastructure
Our expansive Fair Food Park gives us plenty of room to manage our operations. Ensuring the safety and quality of our products is a priority, which is why we have our own in-house laboratory. This lab is equipped with advanced testing facilities.
With our resilient infrastructure, we proudly boast a state-of-the-art warehouse spanning over 20,000 metric tons. This expansive facility allows us to efficiently store and manage our rice inventory, ensuring uninterrupted supply to meet your business demands.
Rigorous testing, coupled with our extensive warehousing and processing capacities, enables us to deliver on time and with utmost reliability, strengthening our partnerships with businesses like yours.
